No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property---Indoors or Outdoors No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events. Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am. Please pay attention to garbage recycling. If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after. Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 4 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
