Cancellation Tiers
Each property listing displays its applicable cancellation tier. Review the tier before booking.
Non-Refundable
This booking cannot be cancelled for a refund. Once confirmed, the full amount is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.

- Security deposit still fully refundable if no damages
Moderate
Refund depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your check-in date.
- 30+ days before check-in → Full refund
- 14–30 days before check-in → 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before check-in → No refund
- Security deposit still fully refundable if no damages
Flexible
Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
- 7+ days before check-in → Full refund
- Less than 7 days before check-in → No refund
- Security deposit still fully refundable if no damages
Detailed Terms
How Cancellations Work
To cancel a booking, log in to your account and navigate to your reservations. Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen prompts. You will see the applicable refund amount based on the cancellation tier before confirming.
Once you confirm the cancellation, we will send a confirmation email with the refund details. The cancellation is effective immediately, and the property dates will be released back to availability. If you have any issues with the cancellation process, our support team is available to assist.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Standard refund processing takes five to ten business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been initiated.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider. Pre-authorized security deposits are released separately and may take an additional three to five business days.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events can affect travel plans. In cases of documented medical emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather events, or government-imposed travel restrictions, we may offer additional flexibility beyond the standard cancellation tier. These situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To request consideration under special circumstances, please contact our support team as soon as possible with relevant documentation. We strive to find a fair resolution for both guests and property owners, which may include a full or partial refund, booking credit, or complimentary date change.
Modification Policy
If you need to change your travel dates rather than cancel entirely, we offer a date modification option subject to property availability. Date changes requested more than seven days before check-in are typically free of charge. Changes within seven days may incur a modification fee.
To modify a booking, visit your reservations page or contact our support team. If the new dates result in a price difference, you will either be charged the difference or receive a partial refund. If the requested dates are unavailable, you may choose alternative dates or proceed with a standard cancellation.
