Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on the property page and again at checkout. Most properties offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Full details are included in your booking confirmation email.
Log in to your account, go to 'My Bookings', open the booking you wish to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking'. Eligible refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

A security deposit is pre-authorized (not charged) on your card at checkout. It's automatically released within 5-7 business days after checkout if there is no damage to the property.
All our properties feature self-check-in. Access instructions — including door codes, key pickup details, WiFi credentials, and parking guidance — are available in your Check-in Guide, accessible from your booking page 3 days before arrival.
Pet policies vary by property. Properties that allow pets are marked with a 'Pet Friendly' badge on the listing. Please review the house rules for specific conditions such as weight limits and number of pets.
